The Brand Story
Kemai International Trading Co., LTD has been conduction manufacturing for more than 10 years. By the year 2015, we found that the demands of pets products was increasing continuously and we decided to get into it. Our sales force, designing team, sourcing team and production team work closely to carry it out. And now, we have had our own brand – Petellow, our own designed products. When a pet starts living with a family, the family members are the whole world that the pets have. They are the fellows of pets. And this is the reason we name our products as Petellow.
We are dedicated to develop and manufacture toys for cats and dogs to give them health, fun and happy life. Our first concern is about the health of pets. The raw material of cat and dog toys that our company developed and produced is safe grade. The structure of cat and dog toys will be considered safe to them as well firstly. And then, we will ask whether the toys attractive to the pets parents and the pets.
We have established good relationship with clients leading in the pet products industry. In the future, we hope we can develop more innovative toys for cats and dogs. And we hope we can do more to care about the lives of our 4 legs friends!

Factory and Warehouse
Our factory has 3000 square meters for production and 2000 square meters for warehouse. The whole production process of pet toys will be finished in our own factory. It helps us to control the quality and delivery time for our clients by our precise workflows. And the enough inventory space guarantees that we can make on time delivery for our clients.
Delivery Time
We understand that delivery time is one of the most important issues for business. Our factory is close to Ningbo airport and ocean port. The transportation is very convenient. Our normal production time is 30 days. However, if there is any urgent order, we have special handling mechanism to make sure that we can meet the client’s requirement of delivery time.

Yes, we accept OEM/ODM. We have our designing team and we are willing to work with you to customize the products.

The warranty time of the pet toys is one year. We can provide free replacement if there is any damages or broken of goods during transportation.

Yes, we are ISO9001 certified. And we have clear quality control guideline in the production process.
6. What kind of material do you use for the production?
We only use safe material to produce our products. The products are no harm to cats, dogs and human beings.
7. Do you have your own shops overseas?
We currently supply to the importers, wholesalers and retailers to client all over the world. We haven’t open up our own store yet in other countries.
8. Are all products produced in your own factory?
Most pet toys are produced in our own factory. Well, we are also working with subcontractors for some items we could not produce. We design all of our products.
9. Do you have any after-sales support?
Yes, our after sales team will follow up with the client to solve the problems.
10. How many new products can you develop each year?
We currently introduce 20-30 new designs to the market. And we are keeping improving and bringing more news products for pets.
